The principal of LHTI has lived in Melbourne since early 90’s. He embarked on an engineering and construction career spanning across both Malaysia and Australia before entering into the Melbourne property development and project marketing sphere in the new millennia, which became his major focus since 2006.

From project marketing of newly developed properties including organising of local and international sales events, he naturally progressed, subsequently gaining experience in all aspects of Australian property business, including property development and project management.

Over the years the team has built up strong relationships with many professionals in Melbourne’s property industry, financial sectors and their related fields. These relationships, for example with lawyers and accountants, meaning LHTI able to provide effective solutions in other necessary arenas before helping its clients then build property portfolios or development projects of their own in Australia.

LHTI has managing interests in LHTI Property (Licensed Estate Agent Member of REIV) which specialises in project marketing and buyers advocacy span across residential and commercial sectors; Austrapro Group (Boutique Property Developer). The main differentiating factor separating LHTI from its peers is its ability to understand exactly what our clients require, and then having the competencies to advise in detail according to the preferred budget, level of quality, and time frame.
